Why switch
Clipboard apps track the work. Primo runs it.
Checklist apps hand you a to-do list and a dashboard. Primo is the GM who reads it, chases it and calls you when it matters.
The clipboard app
- Spinners on every tap while the rush waits
- Dashboards you have to go dig through
- Tickets sit open for 100+ days
- Config buried in a 20-item menu
- Every store set up by hand, one at a time
- Photos nobody looks at
Primo
- Instant taps. Big buttons that work with flour on your hands
- Primo tells you what matters, by name, before you ask
- Primo chases every ticket until there's a photo of the fix
- Say what you want. Primo shows the change, you approve it
- One template, every store, local tweaks where they matter
- Every photo checked, fails turned into tickets on the spot
Set up in 10 minutes
Snap your SOP binder. Get checklists.
No consultants and no three-week rollout. If it's written down somewhere, Primo can turn it into missions your crew can run tonight.

Photo proof AI
Primo looks at every photo. Not a sample. Every one.
Each photo gets a pass or a fail with a reason the crew can act on. Add a reference photo of how it should look and Primo checks against it. A fail opens a ticket before anyone has to notice.

White-label
Your logo in. Your app out.
Pick a color or drop in your logo and watch the app recolor. This is the same palette engine the real app uses, and every pair it makes is checked for contrast.
Your logo never leaves this page. In the app, Primo reads the logo and picks the palette for you.
Gamified crew
Make the crew want to close clean.
Everyone signs in with their own 6-digit PIN on the store tablet, so credit goes to the person who did the work. Then Primo makes a big deal about it.
Points that mean something
On time and photo-verified earns more. Ratings from managers add a bonus.
Streaks and badges
Six on-time opens in a row gets noticed, by Primo and by everyone else.
Store vs store
Weekly leaderboards per board, per store and across stores.
Share cards
Perfect closes and store of the week turn into cards the crew actually posts.

What is a manager's hour worth to you?
Primo takes the chasing, checking and report-writing off your managers. Plug in your numbers.

Primo pays for itself when it saves each store about 8.7 manager hours a month. Your numbers, your assumptions. We don't count the tickets that stop rotting or the walk-ins caught at 44°F.
Built with operators
Built with operators in Las Vegas.
We're building Primo shift by shift with a three-store pizza franchisee in Las Vegas. Every feature on this page started as a problem at open, at the rush or at close.
No made-up logos and no paid quotes here. When our operators are ready to talk, their words go on this page. Until then, see it for yourself: the demo above runs the same day they run.

FAQ
Questions owners ask.
Anything else? Ask Primo in the demo above, or email us.
What does Primo cost?
One plan, priced per store: $249 a month, or $209 a month billed yearly ($200 at 10 or more stores). Unlimited users and devices, and Primo the AI GM is included. The first 30 days are free and you don't need a card to start.
Do my crew need their own phones or email addresses?
No. Put a tablet in the store and everyone signs in with their own 6-digit PIN. Managers and owners use the iPhone, Android or web app with their email.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes for a first store. Snap your SOP binder or upload your checklists, and Primo drafts missions, timers, photo steps and roles for you to approve. Adding the next store takes about a minute.
Is the AI going to make changes I didn't ask for?
No. Primo can read and change anything in your setup, but he shows you every change first and waits for your OK. Every change is logged and can be undone.
What happens to photos of my crew and my stores?
They belong to you. Photos are stored with your account, used to review the work and run your stores, and never used to train our models. See the privacy policy for the details and the full subprocessor list.
Can it look like our company, not like Primo?
Yes. Upload your logo and Primo picks a palette from it that passes accessibility checks. The login screen, the store tablet and the apps all wear your brand.
We're a franchisor or have 25+ stores.
Talk to us. We do SSO, integrations and a setup team for larger rollouts, priced for your footprint.
Hire Primo for every store.
30 days free at one store or all of them. We'll help you set up, and you can cancel any time.
