What counts as a store?
Any location with its own boards and crew: a restaurant, a kiosk, a retail floor.
Do you charge per user?
No. Unlimited crew, managers and owners on every plan, so nobody shares a login to save money.
How does the free pilot work?
Start without a card. You get 30 days with everything on. Add a card in the billing portal before it ends and your plan starts; if you don't, the pilot simply ends.
How does annual pricing work?
Annual is $209 per store per month, billed once a year. At 10 stores or more every store drops to $200.
Can I add or remove stores later?
Yes. Change the store count in the billing portal and Stripe prorates the difference.
Is there a setup fee or hardware to buy?
No setup fee. Any tablet or phone works. If you want tablets for the stores, we'll point you to ones that hold up in a kitchen.
